This notice covers the INAGRO website (inagro.co.uk), including the free Making Tax Digital checker. INAGRO is a trading name of TRG Limited, which decides how your details are used (the "data controller"). Contact: [email protected].
If you use the INAGRO app, the app's own privacy notice also applies to what you put in it.
The Making Tax Digital checker
Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you ask for your deadlines by email.
If you do, we keep:
- your email address, and your name if you give it;
- your answers to the five questions (how you earn, your income band, how you keep records, whether you're VAT registered, and your trade);
- when you signed up, and when you were last sent a reminder.
We use them to email you your result, a reminder about a week before each Making Tax Digital quarterly deadline that applies to you, and occasional news about INAGRO. We do this because you tick the box to say we can (your consent). You can stop the emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each one, or by emailing us.

How long we keep them
While you're signed up. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what's needed to make sure you're not emailed again. Ask us and we'll delete everything.
