The back office, done while you work
One app instead of a job app, an answering service and separate tax software.
Answers every message
Replies on WhatsApp in seconds, day or night, using your prices and your diary. Texts are the backup when a customer isn't on WhatsApp.
Books the job
Offers your real free slots, takes the address and puts the job straight into your diary.
Quotes and invoices
Turn a job into a quote or invoice in a tap. Customers pay by card from a link, and you can see at a glance who still owes you.
Reads your receipts
Snap a receipt from the merchant and INAGRO reads the supplier, amount and VAT, and files it under the right expense.
Keeps HMRC records
Every invoice and expense goes into the digital records Making Tax Digital requires, sorted into HMRC's categories.
Hands over when it should
Anything unusual, an emergency or a complaint comes straight to you, with the conversation so far, so you can step in.
Paper and spreadsheets won't be enough
If you're self-employed, HMRC will ask you to keep digital records and send a short update every three months, as well as your yearly return. It already applies to sole traders over £50,000, and from April 2027 it reaches many more.
Sole traders with self-employment and property income over £30k a year.
The threshold drops, bringing in hundreds of thousands more tradespeople.

Good to know
Will customers know they're talking to an assistant?
Yes. INAGRO replies on behalf of your business and never pretends to be you. It sticks to your prices, your services and your free slots, and passes anything it isn't sure about to you.
What if a customer has an emergency?
INAGRO spots urgent jobs like gas smells, leaks and no power, gives basic safety advice, and alerts you straight away.
Do I need to be on Making Tax Digital to use it?
No. Plenty of tradespeople start with Essentials for the bookings and messages, then move to Pro when MTD applies to them.
Can my accountant see my records?
Accountant access is on the way. Until then you can export your income and expenses at any time.
What happens to my data?
Each business's records are kept separate and private. We never sell your data or your customers' details.
We're taking 10 pilot businesses
