Accessibility
Last updated 20 October 2026
This statement covers the INAGRO website (inagro.co.uk, including the Making Tax Digital checker), the INAGRO app that businesses and their workers sign in to, and the pages their clients see: online booking, quotes, invoices and payment links. INAGRO is a trading name of TRG Limited.
We want everyone to be able to use INAGRO. You should be able to:
- use every page with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline;
- zoom to 400% and use a phone as narrow as 320 pixels without scrolling sideways;
- use light or dark mode, following your device's setting;
- turn off animation with your device's reduced-motion setting;
- skip straight to the main content, and have focus move to the new page when you go to another one.
How accessible it is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
On 20 October 2026 we checked every screen of the app, the booking, quote and payment pages, and this website. We used automated testing (axe-core) in light and dark mode at phone and desktop sizes, plus keyboard and narrow-screen checks. We fixed what we found: some grey text was too faint, some tables had a column with no heading, buttons in dark mode were hard to read, the "skip to content" link didn't work, and one panel overflowed on small phones. The automated tests now find no problems.
Automated testing only finds some kinds of problem. We haven't yet had an independent audit, or tested with people who use screen readers, voice control or switch access, so we don't claim full compliance yet.
What we know isn't right yet
- Photos that clients and workers upload (of a leak or a finished job, say) have no text description.
- The schedule is a visual calendar. Every job in it can be reached and opened by keyboard, but it hasn't been tested with a screen reader.
- Printed and saved invoices come from your browser's "save as PDF", so the PDF isn't tagged for screen readers. The invoice web page itself is accessible.
- Other companies' pages are outside our control: the card payment page, HMRC's sign-in when you connect for Making Tax Digital, and the apps your texts and WhatsApp messages arrive in.
Tell us about a problem
If something doesn't work for you, or you need information in a different format, email [email protected]. Tell us the page and what happened. We'll reply within 5 working days.
If you're a client of a business that uses INAGRO, you can also contact that business directly. They can, for example, send your quote or invoice another way.
If you're not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
